(that would also keep animals out!) This appears to be totally undeveloped shoreline (i.e. unusable until a beach & dock have been added). Why was the shoreline ignored? After all, the purpose of a cottage is to be able to enjoy the lake. The job's not finished here. REPLY: There is space under the deck which could be used for storage, should the lucky winner choose to do so. There is no dock, although the winner can opt to use the 98' of pristine shoreline for that or any other purpose. The $10,000 cash which goes along with the prize cottage should be able to assist the winner in this regard, is s/he so chooses. The prize cottage and lot are absolutely stunning and we encourage all who are able to take the drive to see it in person--it's well worth it!" - Bill M.
